It's exceptionally smooth with an appealing round mouthfeel and lovely sweetness in the finish. The overall character is savory and bright, with a concentrated vegetal sweetness and a delicious creamy quality. Any bitterness is well-matched and well-balanced with umami.
Daigyoku is a stone milled blend of rested, shade grown hand-picked and machine-picked tencha.
